    We are an Ignite Partner with RingCentral and this HUD feature is critical to many customers. A recent update essentially wiped out their HUD visibility, and we are getting a lot of complaints that the only way to put them back is manually 1 at a time for every user to add every other user. This is a HUGE negative effect on their productivity, particularly for large organizations. There needs to be a way to add ALL users from the company at one time like we do for "intercom" permissions, etc.

    This idea was shared over a year ago! This is a feature that your competition, Nextiva, has available and has for several years. The technology is out there, just go get it.

    Without this feature, the Poly phones are not a good solution. This functionality has been around since 2020 and other cloud providers already have this issue solved. Please make this a priority.
