Same problem here, a "call forwarding on busy" feature is completely missing.
If an extension is already in an active call and a second call comes in to that extension, we want to forward this call to another extension or a call queue.
There are other requests like this, but the solution is a bad joke:

Nobody will swap to DnD manually while he is on a call :-(
