Call waiting / Busy
A forwarding under "If no one answers" does not work, but you get a busy signal.
SHOULD: busy forward "If I'm already on the phone, please forward it"

I'm just here to add to the obvious lack of the features in this functionality. The manual DND solution is absurd. We would like calls to forward when busy to another member of the users call queue or another call queue.
I really hope this is addressed soon. -

What he means: there should be a "call forwarding busy" option. When you are busy, a second incomming line should be routed to another extension/queue.
When disableing Call Waiting, it doesn't follow "If no-one answers" but it goes to voicemail/busy signal. We want to setup a forward to another extension when an user is busy. Hitting DND while on a call is a workaround but to be honest, that's really not a solution.

Same problem here, a "call forwarding on busy" feature is completely missing.
If an extension is already in an active call and a second call comes in to that extension, we want to forward this call to another extension or a call queue.There are other requests like this, but the solution is a bad joke:

Nobody will swap to DnD manually while he is on a call :-(
