Reporting data is incorrect and sales team stats are skewed in a negative manner as management is seeing an increase in "missed" calls. This needs to be fixed. Reporting data is incorrect and sales team stats are skewed in a negative manner as management is seeing an increase in "missed" calls. Our sales team is doing their job, but reports indicate they are not.
