Remove missed call from queue members if answered
Remove the missed call notification for queue members when another queue member answers the call. Only display missed call notification when no one in the queue answers the call.

I don't believe this is working as intended. Currently when a user calls me directly (no call queue involved) and someone picks up my phone (Poly VVX450) within the office. It will not display a missed call. It does not mention anywhere in my call logs that the call was picked up by anyone else.

We would like to have this feature display missed calls as it previously did. Perhaps a toggle to turn it on or off would work best.

How do we set it back to the way it was before? As a firm, we would like to see every call that has come in on our phone whether it was answered by someone or not. You can add a feature without taking the previous option away.

Hello, any news on this feature? When in July is it coming out?
This should also work for individual users that answer on the modile APP, the call should not be marked as a missed call in thge Clint App in such case.
Same with BOC users, if call answered one plac, should bee marked as answerd in all places -

This needs to be fixed. Reporting data is incorrect and sales team stats are skewed in a negative manner as management is seeing an increase in "missed" calls. Our sales team is doing their job, but reports indicate they are not.

Fire station has all phones ring and when answered all phones are stuck with call banner showing missed call on all screens. this should be disabled or turned off on all phones when call is answered. The red indicator light should also be turned off on missed calls. Everyone confuses it with voicemails. There should be a setting that allows you to use this light for vmails only and not missed call indicator.

When a call rings a Call Queue and a user picks up.
The call is tagged as a missed call, on devices that are not the ones that answered. In clients business, they call back clients numbers that are listed as missed call. They end up calling back clients that were already assisted. -
