    Really important to be able to turn off call queue on my mobile app as it does not let me silence calls that i cannot answer and is extremely disruptive every day. I take many calls and the call queue rings too much to not be able to either silence the call if I'm on the other line or turn it off on my mobile phone but leave it on my deskphone.
