This is an essential feature... we switched from dialpad to ringcentral even though the cost is more than double because the sales team told us it was the "rolls royce" of VoiP.

The fact that HUD does not work on iphone is a deal breaker for us. It will mean we move back to the old vendor that we had. In addition, the fact that there are knowledge base articles on the ring central app that indicate that this feature exists, but then the "SME"s indicate it does not, is concerning.

Please add this feature, it is ridiculous that the iphone app does not support monitoring and picking up other lines.

Our Duty Managers carry iphones and we need them to be able to pick up calls in queues which isn't currently possible.

This seems more like a glaring omission than anything else. The HUD is critical for everyone with a desk phone. Most don't otherwise want the PC app.

Our users are part of call queues and cannot receive calls for the queues when HUD is not on.

I NEED HUD to work on my Apple phone! It would help me to keep an eye on who is doing what even if I am on the line!!! Please make possible asap! That was the whole reason I wanted the app!

Seeing the presence of the user in the Mobile app is critical because these users are not in the office and it would help them quickly identify who to contact. Currently they have to click into the contact name to see their presence.

I realize HUD is already on iPads, so how come it has not come to iPhones yet?

Half of our office is mobile and they do not have a laptop/computer to look at. We need a HUD view so they can quickly know who is in and out of the office. This feature is critical for mobile users who are not in the office.
