This is a critical update needed. My teams cannot do their support jobs properly when they are being displayed as potential spam. Robust features mean a lot less when phone calls are not answered due to caller ID.
The overwhelming majority of calls placed will be to mobile phones, so this is a beyond critical update and makes me wonder how long I can stay on this platform if this feature is not enabled.
