    I work in healthcare, and the documentation of events that happen is critical. We send 5000 messages a month, and I lose all my history every month that passes.

    Need a way to differentiate my texts in my inbox. I dont know what is critical (direct line) and what is being handled by team (Main line). Requires me to watch my inbox constantly.
