    Yes, please make sure your call waiting function is actually working under all circumstances before releasing it, mind you that releasing any feature prematurely only causes your valuable users inconvenience and also their customers confusions instead.

    Just like call forwarding that really helps when one of our agents is too busy to take calls, auto texting could easily serve the same purpose that helps boosting our response rate to customers trying to reach us.
