    How is this even up for debate? An unauthorized, non-affiliated phone number was used to access my account, and I’ve now been told that RingCentral has no way of identifying who did this. That is absolutely unacceptable for a company that claims to prioritize accountability and security. This is a critical security breach, yet the response I received was, “We’re sorry please vote to make things better.” Such a dismissive reply undermines trust and fails to address the severity of the situation.
