    Be the business that provides this service, step away from others and not force your customers to look for this ability elsewhere.

    This is so critical when you utilze rooms for support in your business, without this we cannot see who is participating and at what level without scroling and manually counting, we shoud not need to do this for a service that sold this concept to us. The .JSON method is completely unreasonable.
