    ...or at least allow administrators to be notified when a user changes their emergency response location so we aren't finding out that they have selected an incorrect location for the first time when we receive the RingCentral alert that someone has called 911 and the address submitted to emergency services was wrong.

    My organization has the same complaint and we are also coming from Mitel's unfortunately discontinued Mitel Connect product which had this feature in their desktop application/softphone. It worked extremely well and was really convenient, especially for our receptionist.
