SMS for Call Queues is coming-- as in if a text is sent to a call queue number, there will be an inbox available for one agent to respond to those SMS.
I know the core of this request is to have a shared SMS inbox where multiple people can send and receive SMS from the inbox. Our product teams are aware of this ask, but I do not have more information about if/when this segment of the ask is coming.

@gurpreet you mentioned bee texting but that’s not what this ticket is about.
RC product manager should provide the 650+ commmets an answer if this is being delivered thru RC vs a TPA.
It’s been promised for a long time.

Majority of our clients text our main office line. It would be so much easier for both us and the client if this feature was available!

When is this going to be released thru RC so you don’t have small businesses paying an additional $20-39 per user to subscribe to beetexting. It was promised many times and yet to deliver. Does the VP of product development have any answers?
