    Properly functioning Caller ID is essential for any business, as it ensures seamless communication and supports professionalism. Without reliable Caller ID, calls may go unanswered or, worse, be mistakenly marked as spam, leading to missed opportunities and disrupted workflows.

    Caller ID plays a critical role in building trust with clients and prospects, as recognizing the caller’s identity encourages recipients to answer calls. It also supports customer service by providing immediate context for incoming calls, enabling teams to respond efficiently and effectively.

    When Caller ID doesn’t function properly, businesses risk losing credibility, encountering communication delays, and missing critical connections that could impact revenue and customer satisfaction.

    Given the importance of Caller ID to operational efficiency and relationship-building, I hope RC will prioritize fixing this issue to ensure businesses can maintain reliable communication.

    We have done everything RC has requested and it has been some time and still the Caller ID does not work.
