    We found a way to do it via the RingCentral Desktop App but it requires extra steps, it's annoying.
    So we have good phones like Yealink but we can use their capabilities at full potential due to RingCentral restrictions.
    Transfer calls to Voicemail is very important for us, hopefully RC will do something about it.
