Customize softkeys on yealink phones

As per Yealink engineer, softkey layout of the phone is the special design of RingCentral, which cannot not be changed. There were customer prefers to have option to customize it themselves.

    Even if RingCentral didn't allow us to customize, at the very least allowing us to manually set the soft keys how we want within the phones' configurations themselves would at least be something. The fact that those get overwritten with the RingCentral config that we're unable to modify though is a problem - this needs to be addressed.

    You are able to log into the back end of the phone and make this change, but if the phone is rebooted, it goes back to the RingCentral options which is frustrating. It makes no sense for these buttons to be locked.

    I second Justin, we will never need to have Intercom or Page keys on our Softkeys and need them removed!

    Yes, we must be able to replace the Intercom and Page softkeys!
