    Not even sure why this was implemented in the first place. Why you thought this is needed? We all know how to use cellphones and there is no such thing as the resolved conversation. Any new conversation or reply should be on the top chronological order. Either remove current implementation all together or add feature to disable it, or add another checkbox - show all. Critical BUG.

    This feature was part of your Ringcentral Phone app that you discontinued last month. We're very frustrated by this downgrade and breakage in the service.
