This is very bad, please fix.

Need this fixed quickly. I would not have switched everything to RC if I had know this was a feature. I agree with the comments below, why was this even added? My team needs to be able to see all the text messages from clients on the main number.

Need this removed as soon as possible. There is no reason why our messages should be automatically resolved and moved out of my inbox. if a customer messages say on a Friday right before a long weekend, the message would automatically be resolved before our team can even see it. this is terrible please remove it

Not even sure why this was implemented in the first place. Why you thought this is needed? We all know how to use cellphones and there is no such thing as the resolved conversation. Any new conversation or reply should be on the top chronological order. Either remove current implementation all together or add feature to disable it, or add another checkbox - show all. Critical BUG.

Checking back in to say this is a major issue. Crazy this has been an issue since February with no feedback or solution.

This is a huge problem for our company. A simple toggle to turn that feature off would fix the issue. If someone texts us on a Friday it's auto resolved by the time we get in the office on Monday and we don't see the message until we filter the inbox.

I Agree. It adds alot of friction for my users to have to switch between filters to find old messages.

Obviously it is critical.

It is ruining our customer conversations and support.
