Disable Automatic Resolved Tagging & Retain Message History
Please add an option to disable the automatic "Resolved" tagging for SMS shared inboxes. Additionally, ensure that the conversation history is not removed from the message thread once a message is marked or handled. Users should be able to maintain a continuous view of the message history without it disappearing.

Checking back in to say this is a major issue. Crazy this has been an issue since February with no feedback or solution.

This is a huge problem for our company. A simple toggle to turn that feature off would fix the issue. If someone texts us on a Friday it's auto resolved by the time we get in the office on Monday and we don't see the message until we filter the inbox.

I Agree. It adds alot of friction for my users to have to switch between filters to find old messages.
