    If we are unable to download the data from the report, it is of no use to us. We kindly request that you develop a download option so we can obtain the report and work with the missed call numbers.

    This idea has been shared in 2021 and after 4 years still no action is taking till date ....

    It should be single ID to reset link goes to or reset of password should be done with admin account only.
    This feature has to be implemented as soon as possible as its compromising the HIPPAA compliance as data might get misused.
