    This!! After the firmware update on March 12th, I had over 100 end users reprogram their speed dials! This should never be overwritten under any circumstances. RC updates firmware, which requires a lot of needless work and affects the phone's convenience. Basically, firmware upgrades neuter the phone to out-of-the-box use cases and don't allow us to customize it with something as simple as speed dials on the desk phone.

    This should be fixed at the very next release...yesterday.
