As an admin or manager, you can navigate to Coaching → PowerSkills, where you’ll find aggregated metrics for various PowerSkills, along with comparisons between individual reps and the overall team average.

You can filter ACE interactions based on the disposition code. Disposition is automatically imported from the underlying system, RCX or NICE.
Additionally, you can use the new advanced filters section to also type your query in plain text, to filter and find relevant calls
eg: Show me calls with disposition as disconnected.

Also, it would be really helpful if a RingSense reporting tab could be added to the Analytics reporting application which would allow all of the same report building functionality and so that all reporting is in one application.
