    We had two power outages. All faxes are in process/submitted status. I need to resend all faxes done today. I am told I have to redo each fax one by one, there are 6 people in the office who fax that is a lot of work we need to go back and search to refax. That's more then 40 faxes. There should be a way it can keep a copy on file and be able to resend the fax.

    When I show to see the fax it says 0 and nothing shows up but it shows that it should of been #pages that were sent.

    for a medical office this is time consuming and needs to change.
    poor service and solution provided.

    for an doctors office it is essential that we are able to send huge file sizes.
    the option of having to find a converter for a file and resubmitting a fax takes to long for an extremely busy doctor office.

    please change the amount of file size
