100% agree! This is key! This feature should be included in ringcx and into the other related products (Salesforce integration, browser add on, teams integrations) and not just desktop!

RingSense/ACE now allows flexibility to mark a scorecard question as mandatory or optional
As an admin, you can specify which questions are optional v/s required. See the attached screenshot.
Key benefits of this feature include:
- Ensures consistent evaluations by making critical questions mandatory
- Enables flexible scoring with optional questions for non-applicable scenarios
- Gives admins tighter control over quality standards and compliance requirements

This feature is now available in your admin settings. You can bulk edit (upto 100 users) and assign them a specific role, manager, additional manager etc. You can find additional details in the attached gif

Absolutely agree with this!
RingSense already has strong knowledge base capabilities, so extending that to include our own internal SOPs, policies, and training materials would be a game changer. It would make the AI far more context-aware and aligned with how we actually operate day to day.
This would be especially valuable for onboarding, compliance, and ensuring consistent support responses, essentially letting RingSense become a true “expert” in our internal processes rather than just general AI logic.
