  1. In scenarios we are given email addresses of the agent, and don't know the actual agent id, it would be helpful for APIs like /v1/admin/accounts/{accountId}/realTimeData/agent where we can pass a filter value, i.e. email that will return a subset.

  3. restapi/v1.0/account/accountId/call-log doesn't appear to have call status as a parameter nor is it indicated in the response.

    This would be very useful when pulling this data, as I am currently using the Active-Calls api to exclude the active calls so I don't ingest incomplete data.

  4. There are customers who rely heavily on conference calls and are running into some gaps when those calls are logged in Salesforce. While standard calls work well, conference calls currently feel incomplete in comparison.

    What customers are experiencing:

    Conference call recordings are successfully saved in RingCentral, but users cannot play them directly within Salesforce.
    Only limited call information is logged, and additional participants in the conference call are not visible.

    This creates some friction because users have to leave Salesforce to access recordings and do not get a full picture of who joined the call.

  5. Would like integration with Spectora, https://www.spectora.com the most important thing would be API connection so I can use Ringcentral AI to at minimum view my calendar/schedule in Spectora but also ability to write things to the schedule.

We want to find a way to extract the reports already found under RingSense (CSAT, etc), and specifically call quality and CSAT scores like how reports from RingCX Analytics can be sent to an S3 bucket or e-mail via schedule; if not possible, then we can also perform API calls, but the current API seems limited and does not provide the full array of information found in the dashboards.

  8. Filevine Integration - Provide endpoints in the API to enable data such as the AI case summary, the call transcript, and the call recording that are currently not provided to the Filevine integration. These features are needed for our integration but aren't being allowed by Ring Central.

  9. Multiple webhooks are being sent to Tracker RMS for a single call. Specifically, a webhook is being sent for every user in the main group for each incoming call. We only want one webhook sent for each incoming call.

  10. Description of the Idea:
    Currently, when creating or managing BYOC phone numbers via the API (endpoint:
    /restapi/v2/accounts/~/byoc-carriers/{byoccarrierid}), there is no way to assign a display name or label to a number.

    This omission leads to confusion and manual overhead, especially when Caller ID numbers are selected by end-users — since names are visible in the UI, but not assignable via API.

    Problem Statement:

    • Numbers created or provisioned via API have no associated label.
    • In the RingCentral admin portal or apps, these numbers appear unnamed, making it difficult for admins and users to identify their purpose.

  11. Description of the Idea:
    Introduce an official and documented API endpoint to apply a Call Queue template directly when creating or updating multiple call queues, ensuring the template’s configuration is systematically reflected during provisioning.

    Current Issue:
    - There is no standard API to directly apply a Call Queue template at creation time.
    - The current workaround involves copying settings manually from an existing queue, but this does not always reflect the full template configuration.
    - This leads to inconsistent behavior and slows down automated provisioning pipelines, especially in large-scale deployments.

Have Ringcentral integrate with HawkSoft in a 2-way API integration so that when calls come they can pull up in the Hawksoft database and pull the client profile, Also -, when calls come into HawkSoft, automatically create a log note of the call transcript so that we dont have to manually make a log of that phone call.

  16. Right now, using the API, one can only send an SMS from the phone numbers associated with the credentials used to authenticate to the API. This is limiting because it requires implementers to manage a large set of credentials and use different credentials depending on the phone numbers they want to send SMS from.

    This idea would introduce the ability/permission for a RingCentral user with the SuperAdmin role to invoke the send SMS API to send messages from any phone number in the company (assuming that phone number is enabled for SMS via TCR).

  20. Currently fields such as Role, Site, template are not available via the SCIM API for user provisioning. Being able to map these would add fluidity to the provisioning process and eliminate some double handling.
