  1. Hello,

    My team and I have been using the RingCentral for HubSpot Extension as well as the Data Sync that pushes all of our HubSpot Contacts to our RingCentral Accounts. We have only been using the sync for about 5-6 months now and have already maxed out the number of contacts we can have in our RC accounts (10,000).

    With that, we can no longer search for our HubSpot contacts by name in the RC App and it causes a lot of confusion when trying to keep all communications in order.

    My proposal is to add an automation/configuration within RingCentral…

  2. The existing Message Store "List Messages" endpoint requires you to run it for each individual extension id, whether or not that extension has any messages for the specified time period (dateFrom to dateTo). This is incredibly inefficient if you have a large number of SMS enabled extensions.

    I had hoped that the Message Exports "Create Message Store Report" would allow me to pull this data more efficiently, but it takes forever to complete, so it can't reliably be run frequently.

  4. Can we have a something that takes the data from calls, and imports it into Power Bi? the current reporting dashboard is ok, But the ability to import that into Power Bi would be great!

  5. Currently fields such as Role, Site, template are not available via the SCIM API for user provisioning. Being able to map these would add fluidity to the provisioning process and eliminate some double handling.

  8. Currently customer is using CRM call Load Board which is integrated with RingCentral using a chrome extension called RingCentral CRM Extension. Recently, they had issue with the SMS feature which changes some of the characters of the text. Upon checking, customer is still using the RingCentral Phone App, so I ask customer to use the RingCentral App instead and that fixes the issue. With this, I ask customer to uninstall the RingCentral Phone App, But after doing so, the customer is no longer able to use the Chrome extension, which allows them to dial out directly from the CRM using…

  10. Our goal is to integrate RingCentral with Trello to streamline our sales process. Currently, making calls manually from Ring Central creates unnecessary work. With this integration, our sales team can directly call phone numbers stored in Trello's phone number field using RingCentral's system.

    The call will connect instantly, and the system will automatically record the conversation on the client card and can attach it as a recording so that anyone that has access to that card has a history of the calls made to that business.

  17. telephonySessionId is the value that the API RingOut return to the client after a success outbound call is originated. And this is also the unique key across multiple Webhook events related to a single call. This is the only info that the client application know about the call, so accessing the Call Record Detail using this telephonySessionId is a must have feature because filtering this value using the API List User Call Records will slower that getting the record detail directly using API Get User Call Record.

    I hope you can make the API Get User Call Record accept telephonySessionId…

  18. When I make a phone call using RingOut API, the Webhook sends out events with 2 different telephonySessionId. I know that this is a two-legged call, which will produce a telephonySessionId for each leg. But all the events sent out by a single call should have a consistent ID to help the client aware of the full flow and can decide which event to handle, and which one to ignore.
    My suggestion is having an attribute named originalTelephonySessionID in all events related to a RingOut call, its value should be exactly the same as the ID returned from the RingOut…

  20. We are currently using texts through Cliniko, our Electronic Medical Record platform, however. I have to copy and paste information from each call and voicemail into their communications section of their chart. An API or integration of some sort would help save time spent per phone call in the middle of working on other patient charts.

    We also have to use a separate number for texting, often causing communication with patients. the EMR system cannot receive texts to our main number with ATT Office At Hand and it cannot receive images or attachments that patients try to send. We often…
