Multiple access to text from the main company number for branding purposes. Having only 1 user to be able to text from the main company number creates customer confusion and mistrust when texts are not coming from the main number or identified by assigned USER extension

We have spent 10 years branding with a toll free number only to be told by ring central...soon you can attach pdfs and image files only to find out that was internally only. Then to jump through all the hoops for Business SMS MMS for our toll free twice only to find out that it doesn't include attachments only the assigned Ring Ex #.
If I have to get all my customers and marketing switched over to another number for this feature why stay with Ring Central at all? I would have no use for the main number any longer and could go to a cell service for the SMS/MMS
This is a critical feature for sending our customers invoices as most are switching away from email.
