We have spent 10 years branding with a toll free number only to be told by ring central...soon you can attach pdfs and image files only to find out that was internally only. Then to jump through all the hoops for Business SMS MMS for our toll free twice only to find out that it doesn't include attachments only the assigned Ring Ex #.

If I have to get all my customers and marketing switched over to another number for this feature why stay with Ring Central at all? I would have no use for the main number any longer and could go to a cell service for the SMS/MMS

This is a critical feature for sending our customers invoices as most are switching away from email.

I completely agree with Cory’s point. The inability to send messages to our company toll-free number disrupts a critical part of our management workflow. This number is not just a contact point—it’s a key channel for providing technical support to our external customers. The ability to receive MMS is especially valuable, as it allows us to quickly diagnose and resolve issues with visual context, improving both response time and customer satisfaction

Not being able to send messages to toll free number breaks a critical process in our expense management workflow.

This would help out our team IMMENSELY - please consider throwing this into you next sprint.

MMS for Toll-Free to send and receive

MMS would be great to have on all Ring Central numbers not just 800 numbers. Ability to send Gifs and memes since now we are charged to send SMS.

I need this Feature to work ASAP. It's affecting my business, too.

Hello, Ring centralI need this Feature to workpeople are demanding for exchange of picture and Group chats but we cannot get that executed and its affecting our business.

Please allow our 800 number to be able to recieve and send picture messages in any and all formats just like our other ringcentral numbers are able to do. As of now it is much too limited to be functional for anyone trying to send pictures to it.

hi, I would like to request MMS sent to be allowed from toll free numbers. Already we can receive MMS on 800 numbers but not send MMS. Please allow that.
