    My biggest concern is that if we can't access our previous SMS conversations with our clients, the platform becomes much less useful for us. We conduct the majority of our business through texts, so having access to our conversation history is essential. Without those past messages, we lose all the context of previous discussions with our clients, making it difficult to know what was agreed upon or where we left off.
