    Outbound call blocking by number, extension, and role is a baseline compliance feature, not a premium one. Without it, businesses managing do-not-call lists have no native enforcement mechanism in RingCentral. This gap pushes admins toward costly workarounds or escalations to support. This should be a core admin control.
