It's RC... come on - they can hardly keep their core programming together. They are in such a rush to bring useless functions in order to wave their arms and say 'look at us!!!' - rather than get a solid core functional.

Look at the initial date of the idea - 2021 - 5 years!!!

We are battling staff putting cute/not so cute - photos of all sorts of items as their profile picture. That might have flown when it was a 5 person company, but not now at 240 staff.

They continually ignore the Super Admins who have to make this 'product' work for the staff.

It's not this type of programming is tough to do - it's not black hole weight calculations.

I keep bring this (and other ideas/issues) up to our account rep each quarter - but still nothing is done.

This is absolutely very important. Why would it not be available already?

This is really important and necessary. And to take away rights from the users so that way they don’t change their picture to something not politically correct in an enterprise environment. Most companies already have pictures for their employees. Most companies already have pictures for their employees.

I'm surprised that this isn't already possible. I have the same issue as Ed: If we have one employee who takes over an extension for another they have to go in and change the picture, otherwise, the old one is there.

Is RingCentral going under? Seems their customer engagement has completely disappeared.

I agree that this needs to be done soon. We had a user upload and inappropriate profile picture and have no way to remove the picture ourselves.

I totally agree with this comment as well. Change AND delete are both necessary.

I would love to be able to do this as I assign extensions to new users. I already have their photo, as I also create their company badges. Our clinics are spread out and staff are asking for a company yearbook. This would definitely solve it

Either this or auto-import it from Active Directory.

this will be fantastic. Allowing admins to upload the profile pictures will make the onboarding experiencing a pleasure. No more guessing what the new employee looks like.

This is a desperately missing feature.

Another essential and basic feature that is currently missing from RingCentral. Please allow admins to update profile pictures ASAP.

We would also love this feature. It would save us a lot of time instead of working with each user individually.

This would help admin on the account to be able to upload picture of their user remotely. This will save time both on the admin and user. If we do have an option to upload/ modify profile picture of user remotely.
