  3. For bulk forward text messaging, it would be incredibly useful to separate each text and send individually. If a user could also automatically include the name of each telephone number if they’ve programmed the corresponding name to that phone number, then users could personalize each individual text - which would help mass texts feel more personal and helpful for people in sales positions who are trying to disseminate advertisements.

  7. On the RC app, We should be able to see a contact's activity within the same inbox instead of having a Text inbox and a separate log for incoming calls.

    Not sure if this will benefit all users but we should have the option if we want to combine the activity in one single inbox where we could see the text messages and any incoming or missed call for the contact.

  9. Offer option to silence all notifications outside of work hours (phone, SMS/text, etc). This would be both in the desktop and mobile apps.

    Currently we only have phone settings that allow us to forward calls to voicemail. A similar function for SMS/Text messages or just the ability to silence notifications would be great.

  11. Currently, the only option to transfer an SMS is to reroute to the queue group itself. It would be nice if there was an option for companies to allow agent-to-agent transfers. Our team consists of 8 employees, and rather than reroute a customer looking to speak with a specific agent digitally back to the skill group, it would be nice to be able to transfer directly to the agent to wait. Then the next time this agent would be available, they would be prompted to interact via SMS or Engaged Digital (email).

  12. Feature to have Super Admin the ability to delete another user's SMS without logging in as that specific user.

    Example: From the Admin Portal, the Super Admin clicks the user extension, Super Admin will have direct access and log in as that user and then access the SMS via the users RC App to delete that users SMS

  14. I would like to request a feature that would allow me to translate text messages. I am English speaking and I work with a lot of Spanish speaking sub contractors. I spend a lot of time copying and paste back and forth from RingCentral to Google Translate in order to translate text messages. I

    I would like the ability to translate messages to me to English and then to be able to translate English messages to Spanish before sending.

    I think it would best if when the translation is complete it would display both languages at the same time. I…

  18. instead of using the message again , and redirect we should pick up the Message or response we would like to Reply without having to rewrite the whole message again, we can do it with Icons only, but we need text Reactions too.

  20. Ability to transfer a user's text messages to another

    I was using the chat bot but wanted to get a straight answer. Is it possible to transfer all of the text messages the a user has had with multiple individuals to another user? For better phrasing, all of the text conversations from one user to another?
