    I want to do is reply STOP to one particular email/text so I stop receiving messages from that one particular number.

  5. When RingCentral sends notifications via SMS, the messages come from different phone numbers each time. This needs to be fixed so that they all come from the same phone number every time.

  6. Create a separate schedule option for notification of Texts & Calls, so we can choose to receive Texts on the weekends, but forward after-hours calls

  7. When you send a new text you now have to type the message before you can see the history of texts with that phone number. Please CHANGE IT BACK to the way it was! When you enter a phone number have it open the text message history and then write the text message.

  14. I want to ensure that we have a backup of the chats. Some of our users have lost their chat history, and it's impossible to retrieve those conversations. Having a chat backup option would be beneficial for users, allowing them to recover their data.

  15. Enable users with non-RingCentral numbers to opt out of SMS from all RingCentral numbers by texting "STOP" to any single RingCentral number. A feature that allows a user can send the word "STOP" to RingCentral's main number and it will opt-out them out to send SMS.

  18. Currently, Workflow Builder limits SMS ID to direct lines only. We propose enhancing this feature to allow the use of alternative phone numbers as SMS IDs. This expansion would provide greater flexibility for businesses with multiple phone lines or those wishing to use dedicated numbers for specific workflows.

Users receive uploaded attachments on SMS messages renamed to a random string of numbers that look suspicious and unrelated to the SMS message that was sent as part of the campaign/message that was sent and may not open the file that has the information that they need to review. It would be better if the attached file retained the file name that it was uploaded with so they know it is intended to go along with the text message.
