WM needs the ability to text to a Ring Group
Currently: Call queues can receive SMS messages. You can assign a SMS recipient to the call queue. But it can only be one user on the system. User can then send or receive to any number assigned to that call queue but this is not what WM is looking for.2 votesSMS Booster license will allow users to share the call queue SMS inbox.
This will allow any user configured as a recipient on the shared inbox to see and respond to the message.

Automatically enable the SMS auto reply during after hours on the Workflow Builder
Currently, when it's after hours we have to manually enable the After hours SMS auto reply and then disable it the following day. It's very hard when you are away from your desk to manually do it. Requesting the feature that it should automatically apply if it's after hours and turn off during business hours.
