  2. My company has many locations that serve various purposes. Each with their own hours, IVRs, preferences, call queues depending on what that location does. The settings on the IVRs and call queues can change depending on the time of year and as the seasons change. For example, in the Spring, some locations want to bypass the IVR and have callers go directly into a queue because call volume spikes. But when Fall comes around, they want to go back to the IVR with the menu. We have multiple admins that manage the phone system with different levels of proficiency. While…

  3. Avaya phones do not have the option readily available to transfer calls straight to voicemail while it's ringing as an incoming call. Having "Connect to voicemail" be an option for presence keys/DSS keys can make it easier for Avaya phones to just click a button while a call is incoming to connect it to the voicemail like the "Ignore and send to voicemail" option on the RingCentral app.

  5. Have the list of Kbis already available to request numbers. The customer must always send the same Kbis. If there were a list of valid items, this would enable multi-company customers to better manage their fleet.

We have users with names falling under the same key combination, but different 1st names; for example, Sue, Stephanie, Stephen, and Steve all have the same key combination 783.Before the DBN gets to Sue, we have to cross all these names.We would like to have an option to skip to Sue for example.

    This is the first system I've set up, and the biggest problem I encountered was the lack of information on the interface. Some sections within menus had a sentence explaining what to do or where you were and others it was barren. There is a support page, if you can find it, that on first look looks great but when I was trying to find specific help for an option I found there was a lot of information missing, not relevant or just out of date.
