Answer incoming call when engaged on another call
When I am on a call, I am not able to put the customer on hold and answer the other incoming call on the same phone extension

Hi Team,
adding a comment on customer behalf
My client from Shalom Insurance Agency LLC want a feature when he accept a call without putting the call on hold, he can still accept another call.
