Add an option to block one specific number for the entire company.
right now, you can only block a number to a specific employee extension/number. I would like a feature to do a company wide block of a specific incoming number. Going employee by employee takes too much time. Also, there is no way to block a caller from the main company number.

Customizable Dial-by-Name prompt
Would like the ability to record a prompt for the Dial-by-Name directory. Use case is this:We are a non-profit who serves teachers. We have a fleet of field representatives assigned to field areas made up of school districts. If a teacher calls, they may not know their field rep's name. We are getting spam calls ....we can block their IP and stop spam calls on RC or on google adwords account that will really help.

Stop accepting incoming faxes on the main line
I don't list a fax number and I get nothing but junk faxes sent to my main line. I have a dedicated fax number if I want to receive faxes. Please add a feature that allows me to stop receiving faxes on my PHONE number.

Option for advance or pre-pay
RingCentral accounts are either charged monthly thru the credit card or invoice. Some contract allows for an annual or 2 years charge but nothing beyond or in between. Some people would just like to pay in advance less or more than the options available today.Example: pay 6 months or 18 months in advance after the next billing date.Would be better if RingCentral is flexible with the payment terms.

Disable Email-to-Fax service for all users
We would like to be able to disable the Email-to-Fax service for all users at a central point. Also it would be good to be able to have a option to enable/disable whether a user is allowed to send faxes.

Limit Destination for International dialing
Here is an example; user is assigned a +66 number but cannot make call to local +66 number, unless "international dialing" is allowed in that role assigned to the user. If user is assigned a full DL, and an international number is attached to their DL, the role should allow them to call another international number within the same region because it would be considered local (domestic call) to them. Add dropdown menu for department section when creating new user.
Adding a dropdown menu for the "department" section when adding a new user, is important for the organizing of groups. For example, if one were to mistype a department(when creating a new user), a new department will be created. If there was a drop down menu, one could easily select an already created department. Thus, allowing for less errors, or duplicate departments.

Have an emergency number available to be set as a backup when there is no power or internet
There should be an option which allows users to setup a backup number which will be enabled automatically in times of a power interruption or network outage. This feature was available when we were still with Vonage.

Custom Answering Rule: Add Recurring Events for Holidays
Instead of having to remember how to set a voicemail for every holiday each year, it would be nice to create a rule and have it repeat yearly for Holidays you know your company will be off... Like Christmas Eve and New Years. Currently, you must pick a "specific" date and time instead of being able to set recurring events.

Customize Email Notifications
One of my customers would like the ability to customize the system-generated email notifications that are sent to users when they receive a voicemail or fax or SMS message. Ideally, they could customize the branding and remove the RingCentral advertising and footer information.

Digital line as Outbound caller id
Currently, main line is being a default as outbound caller ID of newly created extension. It would be best if there will be an option in creating an extension to choose which caller ID to reflect.

Emergency Company Wide Switch to Night Mode
We would like to have a company wide rule that we can set in the case of a company wide shutdown. This rule would allow all IVR and call queues to act like it's after normal business hours. Basically we would like a button that switches the system into after hours mode. Currently we have to go through and manually modify all IVR and call queues with reduced working hours.
