Call Queue members visibility to calls in queue. When one user is on a call, they can still see incoming calls.

PLEASE PLEASE MAKE THE CALENDAR MORE USER FRIENDLY SIMILAR TO CLASSIC. WHY DO YOU HAVE TO CLICK ON EVERYTHING & OPEN IT TO SEE WHAT IT SAYS??? NOT SUPER HELPFUL WHEN USING TO ORGANIZE A BUSY COMPANY.

Custom Display Name for Call Queues
There are currently 7 default display options to display to agents answering call queueus. Phone Number, Queue Name, Caller ID, etc. It would be great if we could cusomtize what is displayed to the agent while maintinging to call queue name on the backend for reporting purposees.
