Call Queue members visibility to calls in queue. When one user is on a call, they can still see incoming calls.

Hello,
Any Call Center needs to be able to see how many active/ incoming calls they have. Without this it becomes hard to catch every call before callers disconnect while waiting in the queue. -

We need to have the ability to have queue members have visibility into the call queue!
