Add Page count on fax when generating a report from REPORT>CALL LOG
I need to know how to generate a report of all faxes our company has sent that included page counts. I have generated a report under Reports/Call Log/ and changing Type of Call to Fax but page counts are not included in this. Can we add this detail when generating a report?

FAXES--Very Important for Attorneys Legal Issue

Allow for either an automatic fax reply to be sent as confirmation for a received fax, or allow for the option of sending a fax received confirmation directly from the message email where the documents are downloaded.

Block SPAM Faxes using OCR and User defined Phrases
It would be great if RingCentral could perform an OCR on incoming faxes and check them against a list of phrases. If the Fax contains a user defined phrase just quietly move it to a spam folder and not notify anyone.Even better would be the capability to setup a list of named filters each with a list of phrases. Outbound Fax Cover Page Info Profiles
Now that I have two offices in two different US states, I need to be able to select which fax number I'm faxing out from. Each fax number can have its own specific Cover Page Info. To fax out from an email, perhaps I could type either xxxxxxxxxx@rcfax1.com or xxxxxxxxxx@rcfax2.com

Fill in Fax without making a contact
We fax to many companies and lenders that are NOT contacts. We would like the ability to fill in the fax cover sheet manually, not make a contact first. That is very time consuming and not a good use of time.

Email to fax - failed responses for errors
The request is to identify valid users and send them back an error or fax failed message to encourage them to re-send the email with an attachment. Currently, email to fax without an attachment gives no response - and is dropped by the Proofpoint spam filter.

You should be able to delete multiple faxes simultaneously on the desktop version. Apparently, you can do it from the mobile app only.

Ability to use distribution list to fax to multiple recipients.
CASE:User has a schedule that needs to be faxes out to 7 different external businesses weekly. Currently their workflow is hampered by having to type out the email format [fax number]@rcfax.com seven different times. Allow text to be typed in Fax TO: field in desktop app
You should not have to add a Contact before faxing. Right now, if you fax using a template and only a fax number, then the cover letter show nothing in the TO: line. I want to be able to have a separate "TO:" field and "Fax number" field, so my cover letter is not empty. Sometimes faxes are one time only and having to add a Contact also make the process slower.

Export of all Fax User Data
The ability to export all fax user data is needed to avoid having to manually view the data through the users. Currently, the export only shows the main user data, but not any sub-user data of those who are configured to send and receive faxes or notifications. Imaging having 1000 fax numbers under you purview, and you need to have a report listed showing all the users who have access to send and receive. eFax Preview
When preparing a fax in the desktop app, the fax cannot be previewed prior to sending. This feature would be very useful to make sure it is correct prior to sending it. (FYI, Fax is not included in the Product Line below)
