This is very critical when it comes to denial and statute of limitations as the timeline goes. At that time we need to find the proof that the fax was submitted and attach proof from the system that it was sent with a copy of the fax.Your current system does not support this. Your system will require us to go to every individual portal and find out who sent it, then we need to find the attachment. This is a major issue if that person has left the company or is not available. it is critical for attorneys to have all sent fax confirmations with attachment to go to a general fax email box so it is preserved and not lost if the employ is not available or no longer with the company. it also makes it easier to search for the fax sent.
