Description:
The customer is requesting an enhancement to streamline voicemail delivery by enabling the option to receive voicemail transcripts directly via email instead of the current audio (.wav/.mp3) attachments.Current Behavior:
Voicemails are delivered to designated email inboxes as audio file attachments.
Recipients must download and listen to the audio to understand the message content.
Requested Enhancement:
Provide the option to send voicemail transcripts (plain text) along with, or instead of, audio attachments in voicemail notifications.
Ensure that accurate speech-to-text transcription processes are applied to these voicemails, minimizing errors and improving readability.

Highlight unread messages within conversation
Messages below the "New messages" divider should appear in bold. Often people (including myself) are missing new messages if there is more than one in the conversation. Also, the "New messages" divider should appear more bold or highlighted. It looks very similar to the date divider.

Auto Translate
Could we implement a way to auto-translate sentences to a preferred language? As a global company, and having global customers, I think this would be a great benefit to set a language as your default (example: English) and it detect when a different language is used, so that it can be translated simply in the messaging field.

Ability to Retrieve Archived Team by All Super Admin
Currently, only the admin of the archived team has the ability to recover the deleted team. By giving all super admin capability to bring back the archived team, it will be easier for them to recover it anytime they need it.

Quiet Message Delivery
It would be great to send internal chat messages on a quiet delivery option. The ability to message colleagues who are on calls but not disturb them. IE--if someone is on RED (on a call), I could send them a chat and it would deliver discretely/quietly as to not disturb their call, regardless of their notification settings

1. What is your use case for this feature request?We are a government agency in the state of florida. This means we need to provide public records for almost anything based on existing rules and guidance. For chatting, the City has MS Teams as a chat standard, so this would be the platform of choice for many reasons.
What problem are you trying to solve or what problems does the current functionality cause?
Ring central has no search capabilities for public records in any consolidated way.

Filter Read messages by @mention
Add ability to filter by "Read @mention". Many a times i have to quickly refer or reply to a recent @mention message, but it is difficult to quickly find such messages. Instead I have to recall which team that message was sent to and search for that team and the message. It would be great if i can filter the messages by "Read @mention" just like filtering them by "Unread @mention".

Different bullet points icon according to indentation in messaging
Bullet points icon can be formatted based on their indentation like filled circle then empty circles, hyphen etc while formatting a message

Mute timer set by group admin for full group or specific users
If a group is being flooded by messages, and the admin needs to reset the discussion, they can make the group read-only for a set time (10min-1week) allowing only admins to post. After the timer, the group would reset to its original posting permissions. This could be set to prevent all non-admin users from posting, or apply to specific users within the group.

Asking for the feature that you can see the messages sent to a person/team if the user or any member of the team has "seen" the messages I sent.
Just like on the social media application that there is a "icon" to show that the person has seen the message I sent him/her.
