  1. Allow use of eSIM or SIM based deskphone device like Yealink T67 & T64 on RC platform. This allows for easy deployment for SMB customers. Customers do not have to worry about getting a internet connection for the device, instead use the 4G data.

  2. We are trying to provision a 911 call box device, but it doesn't go online after entering the sip credentials we generated from the admin portal.

    We need a feature on the RingCentral system that supports this setup.

  8. Our Poly E450 and E350 are both used as a Common/Hot deskphones. When a User login there is no "log-out" key. I was advised by the representative to use the Admin Portal or *91 since some of the deskphone model do not have log-out button.

    Please add a log-out button on the phone models above.

  11. Can Ring Central enable the feature "Display Extn Number" in order to display extn numbers on the Keys of Physical Phones as opposed to names please.

    Upon checking with support we have this feature with Polycom phones but Yealink phone is not included

  12. We are in our implementation and when we get phones (Poly VVX specifically) the MWI indicators are disabled by default. Our implementation engineer can enable them, but we cannot through the Admin portal. It would be great if we could just enable them. Otherwise every time we get a new phone in the future it will be a ticket to support to enable.
