    Support for "Call Answered Elsewhere" notification/handling

    Description:
    We are requesting the addition of support for the "Call Answered Elsewhere" feature on the Poly Edge E100 and E550 IP phones. This feature is increasingly important in environments where users are assigned to multiple queues, or where simultaneous ring or shared line appearances are in use.

  4. We currently have the BT Cloud Work Corporate Address Book (LDAP) as the Main Address book when the users press the Dir button on the Yealink phones.
    However when an update (Synchronization) is pushed out by the Cloud Servers, it reverts back to the Local Directory rather than the Corporate Address Book.
    What would be great is for the option within the Cloud to make the Corporate Address book the default on the Yealink Phones, so that we don't have to keep going back into each phone to make this change, after a global update.

  8. Currently, Ringcentral doesnt have any support documentation for any Door Access device. We only have support documentation for Getting the SIP settings for manual provisioning
    https://support.ringcentral.com/article-v2/Manual-Provisioning-How-get-SIP-Settings.html?brand=RC_US&product=RingEX&language=en_US but this doesnt include the configuring the feature to the Door Access devices

  9. Voice Mail Phone Notification (WMI) of desk phones is no longer available after loss of power or reboot. The backend only sends notifications to switch WMI on or off. It cannot detect if a phone has been rebooted, which might necessitate resending the WMI notification. Suggesting for WMI to stay even after loss of power.

  17. Details : Currently the Oyster Terminal Machine only works through the analog system but would not activate through the ATA device if the machine has not VoIP or Paging Feature available for it to use

  18. Mitel 6930W cannot keep up with user's input speed when dialing phone numbers. The user's input rate is faster than the duration of the audio being played when entering phone numbers. This is causing audible delay with the dial tones.

    If you could shorten the audio associate to each digit, I think that could improve the audio delay when dialing phone numbers for users who are quick on the dial pad.

  19. Physical Hardware Panic Button

    We would like to have a hardware button that serves as a "Panic Button"
    The goal is to have something to press in discreet in case of an emergency.
    This button will then dial a direct call to a programmed number that will trigger at alert/alarm.
