Support for Poly Rove 20 assisted provisioning for Multi handsets
We have ordered a Polycom Rove 20 with Ringcentral I was able to talk with Ringcentral support and we were informed that with Ringcentral assisted provisioning it can only support 1 handset if you need to add multiple handset you will have to set it up in the phone GUI and manually add the SIP credentials for each of the additional phone, it will be helpful if there is a way for us to include this on the assisted provisioning and have Ringcentral features available on the additional handsets.

I was looking for this exact scenario. We purchased a Rove 40 with B2 base from our RingCentral reseller. The intention was to replicate and replace wireless handset functionality we had with Shoretel. In our Shoretel environment we had 2 wireless hansets, a base station and 3 wireless repeaters to cover our entire facility. Worked great. After getting all of our Poly deskphones and this Rover 40/B2 kit from our reseller and started spinning up RingCentral, we discovered that we could only run one wireless handset with the one base and there were no provisions in RC for easily provisioning multiple wireless phones to the base, or for creating base extensions to increase wireless range in the building. Our reseller basically has shrugged their shoulders. And this request answers the question as to why Poly advertised their Rover and B-series bases as being able to handle multiple phones and range extension, while we can't do it in the RC environment. RC, really needs to dig into the Poly Rove product line and build out the auto-provisioning so that end users can take full advantage of the entire feature set of the Poly Rove devices.
