  2. Poly supports pagination on their VVX 250 & VVX 350 models, which allows the activation of presence button pages. This would support a few pages of presence soft buttons without the need for an expansion module. While pagination can be activated locally on the phone it isn't functional without RingCentral writing additional presence lines into the configuration file. Additional presence lines should be added to the configuration file regardless of whether pagination is enabled, since the phone will still only show the number available and ignore those not supported- this change would allow companies to enable pagination on their phones…

  4. An option to check the history of the desk phones.The customer would like to have an option in the portal to see the history of the device
    (from what extension or number it was assigned before re-assigning it to a new user?).

  6. When looking up in the corporate directory, it is very outdated. For instance, to look up a contact on my cell phone, all I need to do is key in the letter once and one of the letters be selected. For example on my cellphone to search for: Dennis I would type 336647But on RingCentral directory I need to type:3 wait (for D)3 twice (for E)6 twice (for N)6 twice (for N)4 three times (for I)7 four times (for S)So instead of typing 6 numbers, I press buttons 14 times.

  7. Ability to customize the keypress button or create speed dial for paging group code, instead of dialing the *84 plus the paging group. They wanted to click the button and it will ring on their paging system.

  9. When a person is on DND in DSSKey it still shows them as Green. If we could change this to red when the person is on DND it would keep us from transferring calls to someone out of office. Also, it allows supervisors of employees to see when they are away without having to go into the app.

  10. When accessing the voicemail on the Polycom desk phone the text message is also being accessed and the indicator counter on the RC app is disappearing. when accessing the voicemail on the desk phone it should only access the voicemail, not the text messages or fax.

  13. Currently, there is little or no documentation on how hearing-impaired individuals can best use RingCentral. I reached out to support for advice on hearing aid compatible hardware or other solutions. I was provided links to external sites and hardware which was not compatible with RingCentral.

  14. The customer has set up a Unify CP600 with MAC 001AE8760C38 as deskphone. The provisioning of the phone was successful. Basic functions are ok.However, the settings for call log synchronization in the Admin --> Local Functions --> RingCentral API --> Sync.call.log menu are empty.Therefore no synchronization takes place. When they make a call with the Desktop App, the call is not displayed in the call log of the CP600.

  15. If I uncheck the read message from the advanced settings for voicemail. If I listen to the VM on the email, it will still be unread in the system. I would like for those rare occasions that the email template include a hyperlink that if the message is listen via email, a hyper link to trigger that the certain message was read so it clears the light on the phone. You kinda already have this with the app but a link within the vm email is also nice.

  17. Testing the Mitel 480G phone enrolled with RingCentral.With Mitel, the top bar on the home screen shows the user's extension. It does not with the RingCentral firmware. It is handy to see that at a glance.

  20. We are trying to add multiple pages of presence to our Yealink phones. The only way to do this is for RingCentral to add that line of code to the phone’s firmware and then it’ll work.Yealink did not provide a firmware version, they said that RingCentral just needs to add that line of code to their existing firmware to get multiple pages of presence working.
