  2. Ability to customize the keypress button or create speed dial for paging group code, instead of dialing the *84 plus the paging group. They wanted to click the button and it will ring on their paging system.

  5. We recently migrated to RingCentral and have come to discover that one of the biggest features we use is not available with RingCentral. From our desk phones, we are unable to conference if the two calls we want to conference are both external. It gives a busy signal instantly. To clarify, if we call an external phone number, then try to conference with a second external number, this does not work. However, if we call an internal extension, and then try to conference an external phone number, that works fine. If we call an external number and conference and internal number,…

  7. We need to have an option to remove/disable the ability to control the DND feature on Polycom Phones. This is to prevent other users to go on unathorized DND status.

  8. specifically - when users are logged in, I want the "Log Out" Softkey to be visible on their main page without having to click "More". As of right now, when NOT logged in - the Login softkey is visible on the main page but once a user logs in, they have to click the "More" soft key before they can see the "Log Out" Softkey. I would like them to see the Log Out softkey on the main page once they are logged in.

  11. Prior to a firmware update, our Polycom phones had a dialing delay of 5 second prior to dialing the number. After the firmware upgrade this was broken and set to 1 second. This is annoying as it doesn't allow enough time for end users to punch in a number. Thus it dials partial numbers and assumes they are extensions. Please set this back to 5 seconds, and allow the user to push "send" on the phone to initiate the call.

  12. We don't use an attendant during business hours. Calls ring through live. But we use an attendant at night. On our old on-prem system, we had an easy button on everyone phone to toggle "Night Mode" between our standard call queue setup and the attendant. In addition to making it easier to switch (we have non standard hours, so a schedule doesn't work), it also provided a visual queue since the button was lit up red when Night Mode was on.It would be nice to be able to do this with RingCentral hardware phones like our T54Ws.

  14. Poly supports pagination on their VVX 250 & VVX 350 models, which allows the activation of presence button pages. This would support a few pages of presence soft buttons without the need for an expansion module. While pagination can be activated locally on the phone it isn't functional without RingCentral writing additional presence lines into the configuration file. Additional presence lines should be added to the configuration file regardless of whether pagination is enabled, since the phone will still only show the number available and ignore those not supported- this change would allow companies to enable pagination on their phones…

  17. We use Cisco 8861 desk phones. When a call is on hold after pressing the transfer option, if you decide to use the Contacts button to search for a contact, you must press that button, pick what directory to search, enter in your search parameters, press the search button, wait for the results then choose the result you want and press call all within 12 seconds. If you fail to do all of that you get a timeout message and at that point you have to cancel the contact search and resume the call and then try it again and…

  18. We have Mitel 5330 phones that we wanna use with Ring Central phone system. Apparently its not compatible since this is not a SIP enabled device. It would be beneficial to most of ring central customers to have the non sip compatible phones work with the phone system for us to utilize the desk phones

  19. Support for H.264 video calls from 3rd-party SIP door phones to Poly CCX devices. Per Sam Focak: "We've been told that would be looked at in the future, but I don't know where it sits in priority on the roadmap - you'd have to look to RC product management for if/when it would be supported."
