Add Search Feature for messages
Our company uses a private team to share ideas about work and communicate to each other. Ideas or points are shared - it would be very help full if a search feature were added to find these items. Sometimes these points are not pinned so searching back days or months is very difficult. Another idea would be add a search feature by date. So if an idea or example was addressed at a particular time then it would found easier. IE - tax information around tax deadline in April.

Allow for outbound faxes being able to be sorted
Customer wants to know how to get the fax email come in by a specific name. They have about 2500 emails sent out to the same number, but don't have a way to search email for a specific client that they sent out. 2nd issue is that they have more than one company that use the RingCentral, but can only log in as one company at a time. Customer would like to be able to sort outbound faxes by name.

Ability to set fax recipient like in a custom rule
Like when I'm having a vacation, i want to set who's gonna receive the faxes in my company for a specific time and date. for example im out of office every wed and fri, I can set a custom rule where all of the faxes in my company will redirect to another extension only for that specific day.

Use 10DLC as primary when starting new text in Mobile app
When users start a new SMS message within the Mobile app, the 5 digit extension shows as the primary number and not the 10 digit. This causes missed text on the Windows app. By using the 10 digit as the primary it will have a better texting experience across platforms.

Add visibility and management of globally parked calls
All globally parked calls should be able to be seen and managed from a single area of RingCentral. Our previous system allowed us to do this and it would show all calls with the park location and caller ID, plus any custom notes added by the user.

Fix Left click hold + Scrolling when copying SMS thread contents
All Users would benefit from this when they need to copy their SMS threads into a document case for recording. The app currently only will copy the visible SMS thread and will not allow anything further. It looks like it does, except when going back and making sure all is selected, it missed the rest and only got visible thread.

RingCentral App Compatibility with Azure Virtual Desktop
As more companies move to VDI for simplicity, standardization, and security, it would be nice if RingCentral worked across all of them. I've heard there is already SOME support for Citrix and/or AWS, but AVD is rapidly gaining adoption, particularly in the financial sphere. We have tested both the desktop app and the Teams integration, and it seems like they're really close to actually working in the virtual environment. Would be happy to help test and provide feedback if you'd like to develop further for VDI.

Is there a current or planed integration that allows users to use an external app to send SMS messages or make and receive calls using their ringcentral number? The RingCentral mobile app is missing a number of features that are popular and available in most modern messaging apps. You can't reply to a message where the message you are replying to is quoted. Increase/decrease padding as you zoom in/out
I generally find that there is a lot of padding around each message, wasting a lot of vertical space on the screen. This padding doesn't seem to decrease when I zoom out, only the font size decreases.
