  4. Currently, Deskphone Pairing is able to be used with Yealink T54W desk phones but the ability to start conference calls disappears when it's turned on. Officially, the Yealink T54Ws aren't supported with Deskphone Pairing but we would like to see full support for this once Deskphone Pairing is fully released.

  8. We need the ability to control the notification sound you get in the RingCentral app when a call gets parked. Currently, we have no control over it as it is tied to the "Direct messages" notification setting. If you change the Direct message notification sound, the parked call sound also switches over to that sound. It is very annoying as it makes you think you are getting a direct message every time a call gets parked. Ultimately, I would like to be able to disable the parked call notification all together.   10. Hello, We would like to be able to turn off the fax feature on our mobile apps.We are encouraging all our employees to use the mobile app on their cell phones but we do not want them to have access to our clients medical records (they are usually sent by fax).

One feature that I particularly appreciate in Teams is the ability to automatically tag or notify individuals in text conversations, without the need to manually insert the @ symbol. In considering ways to enhance our own RingCentral application, it may be worthwhile to explore the implementation of a similar feature.   13. Right now, auto-receptionist has the option to set up a prompt that they will ask the caller to press any key to prove that they are not ROBOCALLS and customer would like to have the same feature-request on a user level. Blocking Robocall does not block them 100%.

  15. The latest update moved the merge button from the main screen to a location 3 clicks deep. Previous location was more convenient and intuitive. A possible idea/solution would also be to make the button placement customizable based on everyday use and business needs.

  17. Like many in the business world, my business partners and I all have iPhones and Apple Watches. It would be very beneficial if Ring Mobil had an Apple Watch app. Currently I do not get any notifications from Ring Central on my watch. This is particularly an issue if my phone is set to silent. I would like to know of important incoming business calls even if I have set my physical phone to silient. My watch can also receive calls. When I am running or at the gym, not having an app makes me have to carry my phone…

When Android Auto Wireless is in use the RC app does not send through audio and tries to route the call through Wifi when no internet connection is available since it is only using wifi for the connection to Android Auto. We don't want to use our cell phone number for the calls. Direct dial data has only wifi or mobile data, wifi or carrier minutes only. You should add an option for Mobile Data Only that way RC app would not think the wifi connection is an actual live internet connection and would not use it.
