@mention to include just the first name in Glip
Feature parity with MS Teams - which allows you to shorten an '@' mention to just be the person's first name. Makes this a little more friendly to the recipient.

When using "@" mentions, the user's entire name is inserted and highlighted. Allow the user to backspace into the user's @mention to delete the last name. E.g., typing "@John Smith" highlights the entire reference to "@John Smith" and pressing backspace deletes the entire mention. Pressing backspace would instead delete the last name leaving only "@John". (Microsoft has implemented this in Outlook if you'd like an example.) No ambiguity is created since the @mention still references the original user and not any other John in the organization.

Most modern collaboration/social media platforms allow the @mention to be edited to remove the surname. This makes the user experience much more friendly when chatting/tagging people.

With @mentions to have the ability to use the first name instead of the first and last name as with Facebook.
