  1. My company using Ring Central messaging all day long, which is great, however it would be really nice if folx could flag a message they're posting in chat to be urgent/important. Ideally, that would make the icon in the tray flash/have a different, bigger notification, or something like that. I know this is a semi-customizable feature in Teams (I think you can set it to send an email or just do the tray notification/flash). This would go a long way for our users adopting the tool who are coming over from MTeams.

  2. This is useful for customers that are using the RingCentral App that is embedded in Microsoft Team as it prevents the duplication of the contacts that exist for both RingCentral App and Microsoft 365

  3. A feature in which when a call is made on the desk phone`s handset, will still have the capability to utilize the features in RC app such as placing the call on hold, transferring the calls while on an active call

  4. I would love to be able to sync Intuit Quickbooks contacts so that when one of my customers calls/texts their name shows up on caller ID and I could maybe even see their info from Quickbooks.

  5. While in a RingCentral meeting, our users would like to have shared screens and participant camera feeds in separate windows, so that the screen share can be maximized to full screen on one monitor and the participant camera feeds can be dragged over to a secondary monitor.

Currently, when going into adjust voicemail greetings within the RingCentral Desktop or Web app, the user is given the option to "Record" only with seemingly no option to upload a pre-recorded file etc like they do within Service Web. Clicking on "Record" however does then pop-up a new window where you can record and upload, but is currently very confusing for users from a UI perspective and could be labelled clearer, i.e. "Record/Upload" or "Edit Voicemail Greeting".

  10. I want to create a rule where people calling my line are automatically put on hold (not incoming) after hearing our welcome message. I can have multiple callers at a time and can't always answer the call to put them on hold, but I don't want to miss their call. We are a live show.

  18. With our current franchise setup, we have some managers & owners that operate multiple locations. If they were able to swap between accounts within the app without having to log in/out every time, that would be great. Combining them into one user becomes more difficult in keeping caller ID's separate with both calls and SMS.

  19. 3-way calling is not available in the R icon App when using a computer. The option available is only the conferencing which you need to create unlike the 3-way calling you can add participants to a live call. The merge is only available to the mobile App and the switch to conference option is only available to the old App.
