  1. I am preparing my organization of 200 users to migrate off the RC Meetings Zoom platform. We need everyone on the version 23.x of RC to ensure they have a good experience with RCV. I have other tools which tell me I have many different versions of RC Phone, RC Meeting, RC app veersions 21.x, 22.x, etc. I would like to have a way inside the RC portal to see what versions are installed so we can take remedial actions to get everyone upgraded.

  2. I tested the texting service to one of the numbers on our inventory( inactive), but it looks like it just goes through with no error message letting the customer know that we would be able to receive their text. I think it'd be helpful to get a text back with an error message.

  5. Please make the play button in the Inbox for the Voicemail much larger, as large at the phone and text buttons. I cant tell you how many times I have gone to this Inbox to LISTEN to a voicemail and I end up calling the number instead because I assume the phone icon plays the message. Having to search for the play button under the phone number doesnt make sense.

  9. For the ability to store, archive, record in another software package, it would be great to be able to Select multiple text messages and copy them (along with name and timestamp), using the same interface where a user can select and delete/forward messages now.

  14. Instead of live monitor (listen) to a call, it would be great if you could monitor (listen) to all calls from a user instead of "dial in" to each call. The use case is, that we have coaches who listen to our calls from our users e.g. one hour. Currently they need to "dial in" in every call individuell. If the could "dial in" just in the beginning and then listen to all calls until they disconnect would save a lot of clicks and missed beginnings of conversations.

The feature in the HUD "Ring when extensions I am monitoring receive incoming calls" states that "If the RingCentral app is your default phone app, you will get call notifications when somebody you are monitoring receives a call.", it will be beneficial for the user that is monitoring the calls to change this notification from just the incoming calls to both inbound and outbound.

  16. All of our iPhone users are unable to select "Reply with voice message" when receiving a call. This article shows that the option should be available.   17. May we suggest that another email address be added to the account for authentication purposes. Sometimes we need to reset the router so RingCentral sends our very busy doctor the code before individuals in the office can regain use. We switched the email address to mine in the admin portal but then when he needed to get into the portal, he experienced difficulties so he switched the contact email address back to his.

On the desktop version of RingCentral, we have issues where if Chrome version 104 is blocked by our web filter it will cause the app to not work correctly, such as not allowing users to enable or disable their call queue status.We want to ask if there is a fix for this as we would prefer not to keep that version of Chrome unblocked for security reasons.
