To be able to use RingCentral even web filtering is "ON" in Chrome
On the desktop version of RingCentral, we have issues where if Chrome version 104 is blocked by our web filter it will cause the app to not work correctly, such as not allowing users to enable or disable their call queue status.We want to ask if there is a fix for this as we would prefer not to keep that version of Chrome unblocked for security reasons. We have updated the actual browsers and also updated the ring app to its newest versions so everything is fully updated."This issue only affects the desktop versions of the RC App, I don't believe we have any users in our sales department that use the website version of RC. We don't get any errors that really pop up when we have the block in place, however for example when users go in to change their call queue status and use the slider, it will not go through and the slider will stay stuck in whatever status it was in."
