  2. Is there any chance to show the number on the call history screen as well? That would be such a huge quality of life upgrade. It would save me from having to click on the caller details screen every time.

  3. As of now, users can only record up to 2 minutes of audio message. Users have to send multiple audio recordings if the message exceeds to 2 minutes.
    The audio message sent needs to have and adjustable playback speed and have it always start playing in the last speed used.

  8. The customer requested to disable the "send the call to voicemail" feature in the RingCentral app. Since the new feature reacts differently. After a recent update, the “Voicemail” button still sends the call to voicemail, but it plays the voicemail through your designated speakers.

  15. Looking for an option to on show on caller receiver per Auto-Receptionist on the account on which number/ site is dialed from the caller. We have 4 different main number on the account we want to show on the call receiver via app or desk phone on which site/number was dialed by the client or caller.

  16. RC Meetings. Cloud Recording defaults to Speaker View

    When recording a meeting locally, we can switch between Speaker and Gallery view and the recording shows this switch in view.
    When recording a meeting to the cloud, the meeting records in Speaker view regardless of our view setting and I cannot find a setting to force the cloud recording to adapt to the user view choice.
    Please explain a solution.
