  1. Example: User A was working for us, but then left for another opportunity. User B joined the company. Instead of creating a new User we changed the name of User A to User B. So all the messaging History is still there. Wanting to remove all history for the user.

  2. Users need to be able to see Ring Central scheduled events on their own personal calendars - this used to be a feature that my organization relied on - please bring it back!

  3. We are constantly running into failed faxes due to file size. Most fax servers will allow for at least up to 1gb and before we switched over to RingCentral we had that option. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE increase the limit.

Currently, RingCentral only allows paging from a supported physical phone or a RingCentral Mobile app. Many users I have worked with have expressed frustration with this since many companies working with RingCentral are migrating from users using physical phones to the RingCentral app for the desktop. These companies still want their users from the desktop app to page to physical phones they may keep or to overhead P.A. systems.

  5. Remove the press 1 to answer a call thing. Every time we try to disable it it screws up the phone system

  6. We would love to screen share with audio on the windows desktop app. I dislike having to long into ringcentral.com on the browser to use this feature since our whole team uses the windows desktop app

  11. SMS text messaging is a huge part of our business.
    Having more than 10 for group sms will save time and convenience. the old RC app with 50 recipient is more ideal. hoping we can get the old feature to this new RC app.

  13. currently the RingCentral mobile app and desktop version only allows you to attach files and photos via text messages. Would be nice to extend that to being able to attach videos.

  16. Allow user to select default/focus tab of content. Great that recent settings allow customization of tabs and order, however odd that the one placed at the top is not also the one that gets focus when opening (unfortunately always defaults to Text for which my organization doesn't use as much).

  19. Occasionally there's a need to temporarily mute a team. In RC Classic, this is easy to do. In New RC, this is more difficult.Suggest reinstating the Mute All Notifications in the team menu

  20. the outbound fax number in transmission results should show the DID of the user NOT the main number to avoid confusion on the side of the sender
